Master Linens Affiliate Program Terms

These terms describe the operating rules for the Master Linens Company affiliate program. They are a practical program agreement and should be reviewed by the company’s attorney and tax professional before public launch.

1. Enrollment and account approval

Applicants must provide accurate information, verify their email and accept these terms. Master Linens may approve, decline, suspend or close an account when needed to protect customers, the company or the program.

2. Commission and minimum qualifying order

The standard commission is 8% of qualifying merchandise after discounts. Freight, delivery and shipping charges are excluded from the commission calculation. An order qualifies only when the commissionable merchandise amount is at least $50 after discounts and before freight or shipping. The rate is applied only after an Authorize.Net transaction is verified. Taxes where applicable, credits, cancellations, refunds, voids, chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, test orders, duplicate orders and self-referrals may be excluded or reversed.

3. Attribution

A referral is normally credited to the last valid affiliate link used within the referral-cookie period configured by Master Linens. The order must be completed through the tracked website checkout. Master Linens may review disputed attribution and its records control.

4. Refund hold and payment schedule

Verified commissions remain pending during the configured refund hold. Eligible balances are prepared only on the weekly or biweekly schedule selected by the affiliate. There is no next-day payout option. A payment is considered sent only after Master Linens records the external payment date and reference. Negative refund adjustments may be carried against future commissions.

5. Payment information

Affiliates must never submit full credit-card numbers, CVV codes, bank-account numbers, routing numbers, Social Security numbers, taxpayer IDs or W-9 documents through ordinary profile fields, email or referral forms. Payment details will be arranged through an approved secure process. Master Linens may also pay through its external terminal or another approved method and manually mark the payout paid with a reference.

6. Required disclosure

Affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose their financial relationship whenever sharing a referral link. A plain statement such as “I may earn a commission if you purchase through this link” should appear close to the link. Affiliates must follow applicable advertising, endorsement, email, privacy and anti-spam rules.

7. Prohibited conduct

  • No self-referrals, fake identities, misleading claims, cookie stuffing, forced redirects or unauthorized paid-search bidding on Master Linens trademarks.
  • No spam, purchased email blasts, deceptive messages or claims that an affiliate is an employee or authorized representative of Master Linens.
  • No alteration of prices, coupons, invoices, tracking information or payment records.
  • No collection of customer payment information on behalf of Master Linens.

8. Taxes

Affiliates are responsible for their taxes and for providing requested tax documentation through a secure method. Master Linens may pause payouts until required documentation is received and may issue required tax forms.

9. Changes and termination

Master Linens may change the program, rate, hold period or payment rules prospectively, and may terminate the program or an account. Valid earned commissions remain subject to verification, refunds, offsets and applicable law.

10. Contact

Questions should be sent through Master Linens Company’s normal service contact information shown on the main website.
